la culotte est très belle mais pas encore testé donc je ne peux pas évaluer l'absorption et la qualité. A voir dans le temps, si la matière est de qualité. J'aime beaucoup ce modèle.

Demande d'échange compliqué

Colis reçu rapidement et culotte vraiment superbe, bonne qualité, malheureusement un peu grande (j'avais pris la taille d'au dessus pensant que je serais plus à l'aise). Je contacte le SAV et j'apprends que le retour est à mes frais... premiere deception! Puis je renvois la culotte et je recois un mail disant que l'échange n'est pas possible alors que je n'ai pas porté la culotte je l'avais juste lavée... Le SAV m'a renvoyé la culotte gratuitement mais elle est un peu grande. Très décue... je pensais avoir trouvé enfin ma marque de culottes apres pleins d'essais...

Bonjour Elisabeth, désolée d'entendre votre deception... Cependant en effet les retours sont à la charge des clientes car nous avions trop de clientes qui prenaient systématiquement plusieurs tailles ce qui n'est ni ecolo ni viable pour nous. Je précise que nous recommandons un retour en lettre suivie ce qui coute en général moins de 3€! De même nous nous engageons à vous envoyer de la lingerie de qualité en état absolument neuf et il nous est impossible d'envoyer à une cliente une culotte qui aurait été ne serait ce que lavée au préalable. J'espère que vous comprenez notre point de vue, nous souhaitons vous proposer la meilleure des lingeries et cela implique de ne faire aucune concession en terme de suivi qualité. Au plaisir je l'espère de vous compter à nouveau parmi nos clientes
